Getting Help During a Live Dragon Tiger Session

Technical issues mid-session are rare, but when they happen the clock is ticking. Here are the three ways to reach us while you are at a Dragon Tiger table — use whichever gets you back in the fastest.

Live Chat Open the chat icon from any lobby page. Describe the table name and the round ID shown on screen so our team can check the hand history without delay.
Account Wallet Check If a bet settled incorrectly, go to your account transaction log first. The round result and stake deduction are recorded there, making it easier to raise a dispute with the right reference.
Email Support For non-urgent Dragon Tiger queries — table access, limit changes or studio-specific questions — send us an email and include your account username and the table session time.
HOW WE RUN IT

How We Keep Live Dragon Tiger Fair and Consistent

We do not operate the card-dealing infrastructure ourselves — that sits with the studio. What we control is which tables we carry, how we present them and how disputes get handled on our side. Here is what that means for your account.

Studio-Side Dealing

Every Dragon Tiger hand is dealt by the studio — Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live — using physical cards at a monitored table. We stream the result; we do not touch the deck.

Round History on Your Account

Each settled round writes a reference ID to your account history. If a result looks wrong, that ID is the starting point for any review — no guesswork, no memory needed.

RTP Where Exposed

RTP figures for Dragon Tiger are shown only where the studio publishes them inside the game interface. We do not add or invent figures — what the studio displays is what you see.

Table Limit Transparency

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each table tile before you click in. No surprises when you sit down — the range shown on the lobby card matches the table itself.

a9today What Our Live Dragon Tiger Lobby Looks Like

What Our Live Dragon Tiger Lobby Looks Like

Dragon Tiger is one of the most stripped-back card games in the live casino — one card to Dragon, one card to Tiger, highest card wins. Our lobby carries tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, each with its own camera angle, bet-limit range and side-bet options like Suited Tie. Some tables run with squeeze animations for added tension; others move at

a faster clip for players who prefer volume over ceremony. You can filter by studio or sort by available limit inside the lobby. Players in Kuala Lumpur and elsewhere in Malaysia access the same table pool, available where local law permits.

Live Dragon Tiger Terms Explained Simply

New to Dragon Tiger or just want to double-check what a term means before you sit down? These are the words you will see most often at the table, explained plainly.

What is the Dragon bet in Dragon Tiger?

The Dragon bet is a wager that the card dealt to the Dragon position will rank higher than the card dealt to the Tiger position. It pays even money when Dragon wins.

What does Tie mean in Dragon Tiger?

A Tie occurs when both Dragon and Tiger receive cards of equal rank. A Tie bet pays at higher odds, but a Tie result usually returns only half your stake on Dragon or Tiger bets.

What is a Suited Tie side bet?

Suited Tie is a side bet that wins when Dragon and Tiger cards share both the same rank and the same suit. It pays at significantly higher odds than a standard Tie bet.

What does 'squeeze' mean in a live Dragon Tiger game?

Squeeze is a dealing animation where the dealer slowly reveals the card edges before turning it fully. It adds suspense to each round without changing the outcome or the odds.

What is the house edge in Dragon Tiger?

The house edge on Dragon or Tiger bets comes from Ace being the lowest card and from the Tie rule reducing payouts. Exact figures vary by studio and are shown in the game rules panel.

What does 'Big' and 'Small' mean as side bets?

Big and Small are optional side bets on whether a position's card will be ranked in the upper or lower half of the deck. Seven is usually excluded and results in a push or partial loss.

Live Dragon Tiger at a9today — Your Questions Answered

These are the questions we hear most from people exploring our Dragon Tiger lobby for the first time or coming back after a break. Each answer is specific to how things work on a9today.

Our Dragon Tiger lobby carries tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Each studio runs its own camera setup, bet-limit tiers and optional side bets, so you can switch between them to find the table pace that suits you.

Go to the Live Casino section and use the filter to select Dragon Tiger. Table cards show the studio name, current bet limits and live seat count before you enter, so you can pick your preferred table without clicking through each one.

Yes. The Dragon Tiger tables load directly in your mobile browser — no separate download needed. The betting interface scales to your screen, and the live stream adjusts quality based on your connection automatically.

If your device disconnects after a bet is placed, the round continues at the studio side. When you reconnect, your account transaction log shows the settled result and the stake outcome — the hand does not void because of a connection issue on your end.

Studio-operated tables run on the studio's own schedule. Most Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live Dragon Tiger tables are available for extended hours, but brief maintenance windows can occur — the lobby will show a table as unavailable during those periods.

Open your account transaction history, find the round by date and time, and note the round reference ID. Bring that ID to our live chat or email support — it lets us pull the exact hand record from the studio log without delay.
