HOW WE DOCUMENT THINGS

Transparency Around Our Lobby and Policies

We run a9today as a first-party operator, which means the game catalogue, payment details and terms you read on this site come directly from us — not a third party. We keep section content current whenever studios update their titles or payment rails change. Our terms and privacy policy pages are linked in the footer and written in plain language. If you spot something that looks out of date, live chat or email connects you to the team who can check it.

Game and Studio Listings

Every game in the lobby is listed by its official title and studio name. RTP figures are shown only where the game provider exposes them in the game interface — we do not fabricate or estimate RTP percentages anywhere on the site.

Payment Rail Accuracy

We document only the payment channels that are live and tested on the platform — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Any channel removed from service is taken off the payment page at the same time.

Policy and Terms Access

Our terms of service, privacy policy and bonus terms are accessible from the footer on every page. They are written to be read without a legal degree — if a clause is unclear, contact support and we will explain it directly.

Content Kept Current

When a studio adds or removes a title, or when a payment method changes its processing flow, we update the relevant section promptly. Outdated copy creates confusion at checkout — we treat corrections as operational tasks, not optional.

YOUR ACCOUNT SECURITY

How We Keep Your Account Safe

Account security at a9today is handled at four layers — connection, login, transaction and data storage. Each layer works independently so a gap in one does not compromise the others. Players in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya accessing the lobby on mobile or desktop go through the same protection stack regardless of device or network.

SSL-Encrypted Connection Every page on a9today is served over SSL. Data moving between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit, so your login credentials and payment details are not exposed on the network — including on mobile data connections.
OTP Login Verification When you log in from a new device or after a session timeout, a one-time password is sent to your registered mobile number. The session only opens once you enter the correct OTP — this stops unauthorised access even if someone has your password.
Transaction Records and Receipts Every deposit and withdrawal generates a transaction record visible in your account history. If a transfer appears incorrect, the record shows the timestamp, amount, and channel used — giving you a reference point when contacting support.
Data Handling and Storage Personal details and linked payment data are stored on access-controlled servers. We do not sell your information to third parties and access within our team is limited to the roles that require it for account and transaction management.
GETTING STARTED

What to Check First When You Arrive

New to a9today? Here's the short version of what matters most before you pick a game. Open your account, confirm your details, choose a game category, and you're ready — the lobby is laid out so you can move between sections without getting lost.

Create Your Account Fill in your details on the registration page, verify your mobile number with the OTP sent to your phone, and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes on a browser or mobile.
Account Wallet Basics Your account wallet holds your RM balance centrally. Deposits from Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay land in this wallet first — you transfer from there into whichever game lobby you want to enter.
What's Available Inside The lobby covers slots from studios like Pragmatic Play and Evolution live tables, crash games such as Wave Crash Game, and sportsbook markets including football and badminton — all accessible from the same account.
Where to Get Help Fast If something doesn't look right after you log in, live chat is the quickest path. You can also reach the support team by email. Either way, have your registered mobile number ready to speed up account verification.

Payment Methods We Support

All payment options available at a9today are built around the digital wallets and banking rails Malaysians already use daily. Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay typically reflect in your account wallet within moments of the transfer confirming on your end. DuitNow and FPX cover online banking if you prefer to transfer directly from Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. Withdrawals go back through the same channel you deposited with — the receiving account is verified against your registered details before the transfer clears.

Frequently Asked Questions About a9today

Real questions from people exploring the a9today lobby — answered directly from how the platform actually works.

Go to the deposit section in your account wallet, select Touch 'n Go eWallet as your channel, enter the amount, and follow the transfer prompt. The payment screen shows the account details to send to — confirm with your eWallet PIN and the balance updates in your a9today wallet once the transfer is confirmed.

Yes — both Boost and GrabPay are available at the deposit screen alongside Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow. Select your preferred channel, complete the transfer in your wallet app, and your a9today account wallet reflects the amount once the payment clears on the channel's end.

The lobby covers slots — including titles like Takraw Kick Slots, Fisherman Boat Slots and Sultan Fortune Slots — live casino tables from Evolution and similar studios, crash games such as Wave Crash Game, table games including Dragon Tiger and baccarat, and a sportsbook covering football and badminton markets.

RTP figures are displayed only where the game studio or provider exposes them directly inside the game interface. We do not publish estimated or averaged RTP numbers — if the information is available for a title, you will see it within the game's information panel before you start a session.

When you access your account from a new device or after your session expires, a one-time password is sent to the mobile number registered on your account. Enter the OTP on the verification screen and your session opens. The OTP expires after a short window — if it expires, request a new one from the same screen.

Yes — the lobby runs on a mobile browser on both iOS and Android. Open a9today in Safari or Chrome, log in, and you have access to the full game catalogue including live tables and crash games. Deposits via Boost, GrabPay or Touch 'n Go eWallet work from the mobile payment screen without leaving the browser.

Go to the withdrawal section in your account area, select the channel you used to deposit — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX or others — enter the amount, and submit. The system verifies your request against your registered account and payment details before releasing the transfer.

MOVING AROUND THE LOBBY

How to Navigate a9today From Any Section

The lobby is organised into category tabs — Slots, Live Casino, Sportsbook, Table Games and Crash Games — visible across the top navigation on both desktop and mobile. Switching between them does not log you out or reset your wallet balance; it simply filters the game grid to that category. To find a specific title like Sultan Fortune Slots or Wave Crash Game, use the search bar at the top of the game grid and enter the first few letters of the name.

Switch Between Categories

Tap any category tab — Slots, Live Casino, Sportsbook — and the game grid refreshes without reloading the full page. Your session and wallet balance carry across every switch so you never lose your place.

Find a Specific Game

The search bar above the game grid works by title or studio name. Type 'Pragmatic' to see all Pragmatic Play titles, or type 'Mahjong' to land directly on Mahjong Ways — results appear as you type.

Live Casino Navigation

Inside the Live Casino tab, tables are grouped by game type — baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger and game-show formats. Each card shows the table limit before you enter, so you can match the table to your current wallet balance.

Your Account Area

The account icon top-right opens your wallet overview, deposit and withdrawal history, and profile settings. From here you can also initiate a withdrawal — select your channel, enter the amount, and the system routes it through your verified payment method.
